Our story

Before TPR Properties existed as its own brokerage, Ken Patterson built and led a top-producing team at Keller Williams Roseville. In 2014, he founded TPR Properties so the team could control its own brand, its own client experience, and its own standards.

From the start, the focus has been quality over volume. A small roster of experienced professionals, working real deals for real families, with the broker personally involved in every transaction.

Charlotte Mason has been a part of TPR Properties since 2012, building deep roots across Placer County as a Realtor before earning her Broker license in 2024 and stepping into the role of Associate Broker. With more than a decade serving Sacramento-area buyers and sellers, Charlotte brings a long track record of local knowledge and trusted relationships. Together, Ken and Charlotte represent buyers, sellers, and investors across Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Granite Bay, Folsom, Fair Oaks, and the surrounding Sacramento region.

How we work

Every TPR client gets the broker, not a hand-off. We answer the phone. We show up to inspections. We negotiate our own deals. When the file gets complicated, the same person who quoted you the listing strategy is the same person finding the solution.
